About Me

 

With over 25 years of experience in her respective fields, Georgie brings passion and energy into everything she does.
With a background in Dance and Martial Arts ,as a child and teen and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Philosophy and a Minor in Psychology. Georgie has continued on this path of continually learning, throughout her life, how the body and mind works and how movement can heal trauma.
Georgie loves training and teaching her clients to help them release what is no longer serving the body and regain, confidence, self respect , self worth and strength to navigate themselves through life.
Georgie also works at a private medical clinic administering Fitness assessments for clients , teaches Hot Yoga in studio , and teaches Chair, Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga  and Personal Training in businesses , private sessions and online.,
